How much is shipping?
I post via Royal Mail and postage is now calculated by price of contents. Royal Mail has recently changed their compensation amount, should a parcel go missing, I have priced accordingly so that we are both covered.
Up to £99.99
Tracked 48 - £3.85 (including detailed tracking)
Tracked 24 - £4.65 (including detailed tracking)
£100+
Special Delivery - £7.50 (includes tracking and is guaranteed delivery before 1pm)
How long does your shipping take?
Royal Mail Tracked 24 : 1-3 business days & can be tracked along the way.
Royal Mail Tracked 48 : 2-5 business days & can be tracked along the way.
International Tracked : 7-10 business days & can be tracked along the way.
International Tracked & Signed : 7-10 business days & can be tracked along the way and requires a signature upon delivery.
Cancellations, returns and exchanges
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of ordering, after 24 hours the order cannot be cancelled.
My items are made to order, therefore we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless faulty. Refunds will not be given if an item is too small/big, size charts are listed on each style if you need any help.
